Cameron Lumley

Cameron Lumley serves as a Team Lead coordinating a joint FBI-Ridgway research project focusing on the criminal exploitation of the COVID-19 Pandemic. He also currently holds a Fellowship through the Ridgway Center and works on developing the organization’s Russian Assassination-Contract Killing Database. His area of focus includes issues related to the geopolitical use of transnational actors, hybrid warfare strategies, irregular threats, and criminal networks. He holds a BA in History from Washington & Jefferson College and is currently pursuing a Master of Public & International Affairs with a concentration in Security & Intelligence Studies at GSPIA.
